Let’s create a new support ticket.
- Log in to Express ‘Em’s Portal
- Click on “Support Tickets“
- You are now on the support ticket overview page. If you have any current or past tickets they can be seen here, as well reopen those that may be closed. Click on “Create New” to open a new support ticket.
- Fill out form fields: Subject, Department, and message to include within support ticket. You will be notified by email when a reply has been posted to your support ticket in addition to the status of your ticket at any time.
