There can be a few reasons to why you would want to close your account with Express ‘Em, we hate to see you go and would love to hear from you if you call us at (877) 852-7737 so we can hopefully change your mind into staying with us.
If we haven’t changed your mind we will cover how to close your account officially with us here at Express ‘Em.
Due to annual subscription plans, we require all customers to create a new support ticket to close their Express ‘Em account. For monthly subscriptions, you will be able to finish out your billing cycle or close immediately if all dues are paid.

- Log in to Express ‘Em’s Portal
- Click on “Support Tickets” within the left menu area
- Click on “Create New” within the submenu area.
- Include in the support ticket that you want to close your account. A support representative will reply or contact you based on the information you have provided.
Your Express ‘Em account can be disabled or you can close your account entirely. The difference is an Express ‘Em account that is disabled retains data and will be locked until the account owner enables account (max time before the close of account is 364 days), no fees are taken due to the status of inactive.
